12u AA Baseball Grind Rules
Age division : 12u AA players
Rune cap: Saturday pool games will have a 4 run cap per at bat Sunday bracket will not have a run cap
Pitch count : 18 outs or 6 innings for weekend (scorekeepers and umpires will keep out count on all pitchers) Pitchers who violate pitch out count will only result in removal of pitcher and not a forfeit
Game length : 6 innings max or 1 hour 30 minutes FTI
Run rule : 12 run lead after 3 innings or 8 run lead after 4 innings
Mound visit : 1 visit per inning second visit within same inning results in removal of pitcher
Base rules : Bases are open to lead off
Balks : Warning on balks for all Saturday pool games only. Balks will be called on Sunday bracket play
Rosters : Teams are required to submit a roster with team name by Friday Oct 17th
Protest: Protest must be filed with a $100 cash payment
Flexibility : The Baseball Grind reserves the right to amend tournament specific rules
